OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD: We packed 36 boxes this year. A few less than the years before but still good. We will pray over them during the service. Then they will be dropped off at Community Reformed Church in Clinton, IA to be shipped. Thank you to everyone who helped with this special project! Chris Krum
UPDATE ON THE HOSPITALIZED & PRAYER CONCERNS:
Ramona Renkes had surgery this week for a hip fracture. She is in skilled care in Morrison. Paul Norman is in Mercy One Hospital. Please keep all the members of our congregation in your prayers.

ADVENT MEMORIALS can be given to the church again this year. Forms are on the table in the narthex. Poinsettia memorials are due today. All other memorials are due December 13. Please have these to Karin by the deadlines.
YOUR 2021 OFFERING ENVELOPES are in your mailboxes.
OFFICE HOURS this week for Karin are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 8:00 A.M. to 3:15 P.M.; Friday, 8:00 A.M. to noon. The office will be closed on Thursday. Please have all announcements in by 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday.
WORSHIP GUIDES are available for those worshipping at home or for anyone who would like one. Please call or email the church office and we will put one in your mailbox at church or mail you a copy.
SENIOR MEALS will be canceled until after the New Year.

NEW BIBLE STUDIES will be starting mid-January. Pastor Chuck will start a study on “The Ten Commandments: A Guide to the Perfect Law of Liberty” and Renee will start a study on the book of Ephesians. Keep watch for day and time and a sign up sheet.
NEW TO THE LIBRARY: There is a new DVD on the library desk, ready for check out. It is “THE LEAST OF THESE,” a Christmas story about a homeless single mother and her young daughter, who find hope in a small town diner at Christmas time. It is unrated and runs 101 minutes. Now is a good time to make use of the many DVDs, CDs, and books in our church library.
THE FOOD PANTRY ITEMS for November are Rice or Noodles. Please help support the pantry by bringing a donation to church.
UNITY CHRISTIAN PRESCHOOL & CHILD CARE has two immediate openings, 1 after school aide and 1 part time Preschool teacher approximately 20 hrs./week.
