Worship Times
 Worship begins at 9:00 a.m. and is broadcast on WCCI, 100.3 FM, Savanna at 6:00 p.m. Sunday School begins at 10:30 a.m.  Our mission as the body of Christ at First Reformed Church is to glorify Him by obeying Jesus’ great commission and great commandments through worship, discipleship and growth. "The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it? "I the Lord search the heart and examine the mind, to reward a man according to his conduct, according to what his deeds deserve." Jeremiah 17:9-10

Tuesday, July 7:6:30 p.m. Christian Education Committee Meeting. Teachers and Volunteers the time has come to begin looking forward to fall programs. The Education committee needs your input and assistance as we beging to make plans. Please plan to attend. Friday, July 10: 6:00 p.m. Church Softball Game against Gateway Faith Fellowship-Blue Team Fundraiser: On July 19, Nic VanderVinne's family will be hosting a cookout on the west lawn of church from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. as a fundraiser for his mission trip to help rebuild an inner city church in New York this August. Come join us for hot dogs, brats and hamburgers with all the cook out trimmings as well as homemade desserts and drinks. Cost is by donation. Bring your lawn chairs and join us for good food and fellowship. Take out containers will be available also for anyone needing to deliver a meal or to take their meal to go. Mark your calendars! The church will be publishing a new pictorial directory through Olan Mills. The photography dates are October 20-24, and sign-ups for appointments will begin September 20 to October 11. Each participating household will receive a complimentary directory and 8x10 Custom Color Portrait. More information will be provided later.
