DVD OF THE WEEK: Since we have observed the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation this year, we have added to our video library a DVD titled “A RETURN TO GRACE: LUTHER’S LIFE AND LEGACY.” The great drama of Martin Luther’s life comes alive in this vivid portrayal of the penniless monk’s quest for truth—a quest that would re-shape the church, and the world. This film is narrated by Hugh Bonneville, stars Padraic Delaney, and runs 105 minutes.
ANYONE WANTING TO ASSIST WITH SERVING during social time is asked to please talk to Pam VanderVinne for the month of December. For the month of January contact Candie Schipper. If you only want to donate items or share baked goods, this would be appreciated too. Donations of snack foods, pop or cans of coffee may be donated anytime, just leave them on the counter in the library.
THE FOOD PANTRY ITEMS for December are Peaches, Fruit Cocktail, Jell-O, Pears or Applesauce. Please help support the pantry by bringing a donation to church.

THE SAW MILL MUSEUM in Clinton is in need of volunteers. You can set your own schedule and help as little or as much as you wish. The museum is very flexible. There are many roles to fill such as greeting or taking admission, giving tours, helping with birthday parties, helping with kids activities and general helping with anything. You can certainly help in the saw room too (making wood items). For more information, contact Diane Christensen.
